Go to “Book a ferry”, choose your route, travel date, and number of passengers, then complete payment. Once payment is successful, your e-ticket will be sent to your email automatically.

Payments are made via PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card through PayPal.

Yes. You can choose either One Way or Round Trip before searching for departures.

No. On the PayPal page, choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and follow the instructions.

After payment, wait about 10 seconds. The system will guide you back to the website and show that your booking is completed.

Your ferry ticket (e-ticket) will be emailed to you automatically after a successful booking.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us via email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp from the Contact page.

Please check in at the ferry operator’s counter at least 120 minutes before departure. For international routes, allow extra time for immigration clearance.

Yes. Please present your documents or e-ticket and collect your boarding pass at the ferry operator’s counter (at least 120 minutes before departure).

If you fail to check in on time and miss your ferry, you must bear the travel cost to your destination. No-shows are charged the full fare and are not refundable.
